St Raphael Resort were honored to welcome Mr. Nik Halik who stayed with us in October.

NIK HALIK IS THE FOUNDER AND CEO OF FINANCIAL FREEDOM INSTITUTE, Money Masters Global and co-founder of The Intelligence Group of companies. He is a global wealth strategist, successful entrepreneur, international speaker, astronaut, high adrenalin adventurer and best-selling author. Nik Halik became a multi-millionaire and amassed great wealth through savvy investments in property and the stock market in his late 20s. London and Paris Road Show with Prestige Hotels of the World

We were pleased to attend the Paris and London Workshops, organised by Prestige Hotels of the World. Our aim was to get into personal touch with key high profile Travel Agents from both cities. The formats that both events followed were:

A Classical evening workshop where we had a table and were able to showcase our resort to buyers / assistants.
This was then followed by a cocktail dinner, where we had the opportunity to get to know the travel agents in a more relaxed environment.

RECEIVES INDUSTRY AWARD FOR BEST SPA HOTEL CYPRUS

AT THE 2013 INTERNATIONAL HOTEL AWARDS 

(LONDON)(Nov. 4, 2013) – SERENITY SPA AT ST RAPHAEL RESORT received a European Hotel Award for BEST SPA HOTEL CYPRUS from the International Hotel Awards sponsored by EY and Virgin Atlantic. SERENITY SPA AT ST RAPHAEL RESORT competed against a number of hotels and resorts in CYPRUS to receive this recognition. Europe’s finest hoteliers gathered at the glamorous Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Sunday, November 3^rd to attend a glittering gala and to hear the long-anticipated results of the International Hotel Awards.

Awards were given out for the region’s most impressive hotels for a variety of categories and property types including Best Spa Hotel, Best Small Hotel, Best Sustainable Hotel and Best Resort Hotel. Awards were also given for hotel architecture, construction, interior design, marketing and website. Each winning company was announced as either a ‘Highly Commended’ or ‘5-Star’ winner and presented with special plaques during the awards ceremony. A highly experienced team of professionals who cover the whole range of hospitality disciplines judged entries prepared by the hotels and selected the winners. The Chairman of the Judging Panel is Sir David Michels, Retired CEO of Hilton Hotels.

 The 5-Star winners were placed under further examination and just one from each category was named a regional European winner. The regional winners, also known as ‘International Nominees,’ were judged against other nominees from Asia, the Middle East, Africa, the UK, and the Americas.  At the close of the awards gala, just one International Nominee for each category received the ultimate accolade of being named the ‘World’s Best.’

Stuart Shield, President of the International Hotel Awards said, “Every country has a separate rating system for the standard of their hotels, but the International Hotel Awards have provided a global standard to even the mark from country to country. We welcome the European winners in joining this prestigious international club of exceptional hotels and resorts.”
